Collision 2022 Meeting-room

Once you have hired your meeting room, you will then be sent an automated email asking you to reserve your chosen day via a calendly link.

Please note, that your booking is not guaranteed until you reserve your selected day via the calendly link.

Meeting room details:

• Beanfield meeting rooms have a capacity for 12 persons
• Meeting rooms come with standard furniture for 12 persons
• All meeting rooms come with venue WIFi as standard

Please note:

• Bookings are based on a first-come, first-served basis
• All bookings begin at 9.00 am and run until 17.00 pm
• Meeting rooms will need to be vacated by 17:00 pm at the very latest
